LHH is currently seeking a Bilingual Case Manager for one of our top clients in Sacramento, CA.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Case Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves working with unaccompanied, undocumented minors, conducting intake and assessments, developing goals, and providing essential support and resources. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and have a passion for child welfare and family preservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake and assessments for unaccompanied, undocumented minors.
- Develop and implement individualized goals and support plans.
- Provide coping skills and emotional support to minors.
- Regularly assess the safety of placements through phone calls and home visits.
- Maintain extensive records and documentation.
- Provide education, referrals, advocacy, and support to each client.
- Collaborate closely with Immigration Legal Services Attorneys, Legal Assistants, Survivors of Trafficking Caseworkers, and the Refugee Resettlement Program.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Some college education or a degree is preferred but not required.
- LCSW certification is preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of previous case management experience.
- Previous experience in child welfare, child placements, and family preservation is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Schedule:
- Fully in-office for the first month
- Hybrid schedule thereafter
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $22-$27/hr
